What is Outdoor America's standard shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
How do I return an item that doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unused gear. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure all original tags are still attached.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products sold by Outdoor America come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Specific premium brands may offer extended lifetime warranties as noted on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section of your account profile.
